Alisha Fenton is a Master Aesthetician with over 20 years of experience and the proud owner of Ideal Skin & Health. A lifelong resident of the Inland Northwest, Alisha is deeply committed to serving her community with integrity, compassion, and purpose. From the beginning of her career, she’s been passionate about the connection between skin health and overall well-being—believing that the best aesthetic outcomes are achieved through personalized, holistic care.
Much of Alisha’s clinical foundation was shaped during her years working alongside a respected plastic surgeon, where she gained advanced training in innovative treatments and a deeper understanding of the skin’s complexity. That experience, combined with her natural drive for growth, led her to pursue ongoing education, mentorship, and mastery in her craft. In 2020, she followed a long-held dream and launched Ideal Skin & Health—creating a space where clients feel truly seen, supported, and empowered in their skincare journey.
Alisha is known for her thoughtful, results-driven approach and the lasting relationships she builds with each client. Whether she’s designing a custom treatment plan or guiding someone through long-term skin health goals, she shows up with authenticity, warmth, and a deep respect for the individual. Outside the treatment room, Alisha is a proud mom of three, a lover of clean, nourishing food, and an advocate for intentional living—values that infuse every aspect of her work and the experience she offers at Ideal.

Zelda Swain is a dermatology Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine and a reputation for creating natural, timeless results. With nine years of injecting experience and extensive advanced training, she has become a trusted provider and national trainer—educating fellow physicians and nurse practitioners on refined techniques and facial assessment for elevated outcomes. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that beauty should be “always noticed, never detected.”
Zelda specializes in facial rejuvenation, scar revision, and hair restoration, often blending modalities like filler, neuromodulators, PRP, and threads to restore balance and enhance her clients’ natural features. In addition to running a private practice in Spokane, she will be joining us at Ideal Skin & Health two days each month—bringing her precise technique, clinical expertise, and subtle approach to our community.
